Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non-refundable, but we will do our best to reschedule your event to a different date if the new date is available. The same applies due to weather conditions or other situations. Your deposit is applied to your total balance. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of service. To cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. By booking a foam party you agree to provide a water hose connection and power outlet within 50 feet of the event area.
